So recently, he was able to hack my Skype and whatnot (no idea how) and today he was able to hack my twitter, twitch and more. I think the way he got the passwords back then, was because some players were using the same password for their GArena (DotA program) accounts as for their e-mails, and GArena was apparently very easy to hack. He would DDoS certain players when important tournaments were happening, and he would somehow gain access to some players e-mail accounts and thereby pretty much control them. Some backstory: This singlehandedly almost destroyed the DotA scene back when I used to play. Update: I got most of my stuff back, I think he's still able to access some of my emails no matter how much I protect them.
